Wash & Fold Service Policies
Missing Items

Customers are responsible for checking items before sending laundry. Our company is not responsible for any missing items once laundry has been processed or delivered.

Damaged Items

We are not liable for shrinkage, color bleeding, wear and tear, or damage to weak fabrics, buttons, or zippers. Delicate and dry-clean-only garments should not be included.

Detergents

Customers may choose from Tide, Gain, Non-Scented, or Eco-Friendly (+$1). We are not responsible for skin sensitivities or fabric reactions.

Liability

In rare cases of compensation, liability is limited to the cost of the service in question, not the replacement value of items.

Agreement

By using our service, customers acknowledge and agree to these policies.
